- For couples. Learn together and practice on each other, guided from start to finish.
- Individual instruction. One-on-one teaching with a supplied demonstration model.
What you learn
How to slow down together. How to give touch that actually lands, and how to receive without hurrying to reciprocate. Simple breath practices you can keep. The lessons are practical and guided from start to finish; you work with each other, at your own pace, and nothing is ever expected beyond what you both choose.
