Touch, Breath & Awareness
The method under the experience fits in three words.
Touch
Touch brings attention into the body. Slow, intentional touch gives the mind one place to be — here, where the warmth is — and the everyday noise settles on its own.
Breath
Breath gives attention somewhere to move. Guided, easy breathing carries feeling through the body the way a current carries warmth.
Awareness
Awareness makes sensation itself the meditation. Nothing to achieve, nothing to interpret — noticing is the whole practice.
When the three happen together, the body does the rest.
