About Mark

Mark, smiling

I’m Mark. I practice slow, intentional energy work and bodywork in Duluth, Georgia.

How I got here

I spent years on the receiving side first — more than 400 massages since 2002.

The practice grew out of professional training and years of exploration. I have been a student at the Somananda Tantra School, based out of Estonia; the Reeva School of Massage in Bali; House of Om in Ubud, for yoga teacher training; and the Georgia Massage School.

Things I love

I practice yoga, make things with my hands, travel for training, and spend as much time as I can in warm water.

Why I do this

People ask what I get out of it. The honest answer is simple: I spent years on the receiving side of this work, and giving it turned out to be the better half. Watching a body finally let go — that is the reward.

And on the table it is simple too: for those hours you are the only woman in the world. My attention is undivided, sensitive, and entirely yours.

One-on-one sessions

My one-on-one sessions are entirely free — no payments, no donations, no gifts, and no expectations. Keeping it free protects the connection: every session stays rooted in genuine care rather than transaction ❤️
