What we collect
Information you provide when requesting an appointment: your name, your email address, and anything you include with your request.
If you use an optional sign-in link, we receive basic profile information from your sign-in provider — your name, email address, and profile photo, and nothing else. We never see your password, contacts, or posts, and we never post anything on your behalf.
Like most websites, we also collect standard usage information: pages viewed, the site that brought you here, the device model and browser your browser reports (used only to tell devices apart), and approximate (city-level) location.
Analytics
We measure site traffic ourselves, on our own server. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers run on this site, and visit data is never shared with Google, Meta, or any other analytics provider.
Cookies
We use cookies for site functionality, appointment scheduling, sign-in, and our own traffic measurement — a random visitor id that expires after 90 days and never leaves our server. If you open the site from an invite link, a cookie remembers that for as long as the invite lasts.
Appointment email — confirmations and reminders — is transactional. Marketing email is sent only if you ask for it, and every message includes an unsubscribe link; you can also simply reply and say stop.
How information is used
Scheduling, appointment communication, and understanding how visitors use the site. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own use. Service providers that help operate the site — hosting, email delivery, and calendaring — process information on our behalf.
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] from the address you used and ask for deletion. Your sign-in record, profile details, and booking history will be removed within 30 days. These are also the data deletion instructions for accounts that signed in with Facebook Login.
